This link is here because I found this impossible to find on the Net. Bob Wilson was kind enough to point out this location to me. He said "Conditions for using the program are just the obvious - cite it in any publications where it's used and don't pass along altered versions (which could have mistakes). I'd appreciate receiving reprints of papers where you use it."
